Monday morning, October 8th, at 4:30 we added a new member to our family. He was definately ready to come into this world. We got to the hospital at 4:05 and I laid down on the bed about 4:23 and just a few minutes later with one good push we had a new baby boy. He was born at 4:30 and was 7 lbs 4 oz and just shy of 20 inches long. We named him Isaac Henry Weaver. He is a healthy and a happy baby. The first two nights home were a little rough with no sleep at all between 8pm and 5am but last night he started sleeping and only waking up to eat and poop every hour, thank goodness!
Mommy is doing good too. When you are not in labor for very long recovery doesn't seem to take as long. After finally getting some sleep last night though I feel great.
Maggie really likes her baby brother. She still calls him baby brother in mommies tummy sometimes but she knows who he is and that he came from my tummy. She didn't seem suprised at all when she saw that my belly had produced a baby. She likes to help me take care of him, sometimes a little too much but she is adjusting pretty well.

Would you look at that cute kid? Hi, Isaac!
Mr. and Mrs. "The Weave", congratulations on your new arrival. We're excited you have a blog no so we can see what's going on in your lives, it seems like nobody ever has time to talk anymore so this is a way to sort of keep up. Now the pressure is off Adam, I still have to prove that I can make a boy! Happy baby time to you all!
Niki and Adam!
