Sleeping Beauty

As you can see Maggie does have a bed, she just doesn't sleep in it.
(Yes she is really all the way asleep in each of these pictures, except the one in her bed of course)

Aquarium

Well, I started my practicum for school a few weeks ago when the semester started so I am gone now for about 22 hours a week for school and Adam is now in clinic so it is very likely that our blog will get neglected quite often but we will still try to post something every once in a while.

We went to the Dallas World Aquarium last week. It was so awsome!! Way better than the zoo. We had a lot of fun.
First there is a rainforest that you walk through. It is on three floors so you get to see it from the top looking down and out on the trees and then from ground level. It is awsome. Most of the exibits are open too.
This is Isaac's new face that he makes. I don't know what it means but he does it all the time.

Almost everything was indoors but they did have a little penguin exhibit outside.
Maggie was a little reluctant when we first got there to touch the glass on the aquariums but she got over it quickly and wanted to touch everything, even the octopus.
They had this big aquarium. It was cool because you could see the manatees, giant turtles, giant catfish and arapaimas (big amazon fish) from the top floor of the rainforest swimming around and then you got to go downstairs and see them under the water. The kids loved it! One of the manatees was swimming from one side of the aquarium to the other over and over again and Maggie was just following it with her hand on the glass.

The shark/preditor exhibit was also awsome! You walk through a glass tunnel underneath the aquarium so they are swimming all around you. They had all kinds of sharks, hammerheads, brown sharks, sawfish, and some other kind, and there were eagle rays and scoopnose rays, or something like that. It kind of made us feel dizzy but it was really cool! It is definately someplace I would recommend going for anyone who is in Dallas.
